Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all power adapters, ethernet cables, and documentation to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware and serial numbers, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
